Peer-review is a critical method to verify quality of scholarly works. Authors must honor peer review comments to help improve the manuscript. In order for their work to obtain final acceptance for publication, authors must ensure that their work is of the highest quality possible. All suggested revisions must be incorporated into the article and then submitted to the Editor-In-Chief. Authors may dispute peer review comments by giving reasons/references to counter peer review comments. For more detailed instructions please refer to the Guidance to Reviewers.
