COMPARING OF DRIVER’S SEATS DYNAMIC PROPERTIES

Abstract
This article deals with the definition of the optimal driver's seats properties on the examples of two systems with different kind of damping. In the first case use the springing support of driver seat uses a pneumatic spring and a telescopic hydraulic damper. In the second case, the damping effect is achieved by two pneumatic springs whose forces effect in the phase shifted by a throttle valve which is in the connecting piping system. The springing support driver’s seat issue is very serious and the effort grows by manufactures to optimize their dynamic properties. The main optimization criterion is vibration insulation efficiency with regard to health research and their associated health standards and regulations.

Abstract
Noise is one of the elementary and the most annoyance harmful civilizing factor in the present time. Possibilities of reduction noise load and protection against it are problematic. Air transport is currently involved to noise exposure significantly and effects on health are not only on flying personnel, passengers but also on people living around airports. Noise as the spreading of acoustic energy has also a negative non-auditory impact, particularly on neuropsychic and cardiovascular system and on sense-motoric functions, disturbance the performance and efficiency of human activities, increasing the number of accidents. The aim of the article is to assess the effects of non-auditory noise, based on the proposed method - the matrix of acoustic risks, for flying personnel.

Abstract
The article builds on the Euro-CASE Policy Paper published in 2013 on “Transforming Manufacturing’ A path to a Smart, Sustainable and Inclusive growth in Europe” [Euro-CASE 2013]. The industry is a very significant sector of the economy in the Czech Republic, it is crucial to follow new industry challenges as the upcoming digital revolution enables connectivity, automation, robotization etc. with the potential to change the productive structure and reorganise the value creation increasingly around digital platform ecosystems. Digital platforms refer to a technology-enabled business model that facilitates exchanges between multiple agents and offers a value that is proportional to the size and the quality of the engaged community. The exponential change of technology development and the globalization challenge the structure of production and manufacturing not only in the Czech Republic, but also on the European level. The paper raises discussion points on the above mentioned future challenges.

Abstract
University facilities often have extensive technical equipment for complex high-accuracy engineering calculations. These facilities strive to verify their results in practice. Such an opportunity arose in collaboration between the Centre for Forming Machine Design Research (CFMDR, Centrum výzkumu konstrukce tvářecích strojů) and the company TS Plzen, which focused on a new design concept for a hydraulic press for open-die forging. This press was the CKV 120/140 type; built for and supplied to the company SUNAN.

Abstract
Reverse engineering is a technology that enables acceleration of data acquisition for CAD, CAM, CAE systems and thus greatly reduces the time of development, design and production of components. In general, reverse engineering technology can be considered as the conversion of analog data to digital data, which is further processed. Individual industries are still increasing their demands for accuracy, size, quality, and so, therefore the use of digitization is found in many manufacturing areas such as the automotive, aerospace, shipping, medicine, industrial design, design, and so on. The paper deals with the analysis of the prototype component of the agitator gearbox in the form of a rough and chip-machined casting. The inspection of the shape of the gearbox consisted in reading the reference CAD model, establishing the digitized shape with respect to this reference model, checking the dimensions and creating a color map of the variations at selected points.

Abstract
The aim of this paper is to demonstrate the application possibilities at using diffusion bonding for creation the homogenous joints regarding their strength properties in comparison with the fusion MMAW method and with the parent material. Connection was carried out for low-alloyed bainitic steel 10GN2MFA that is designed for production shells and bodies of the primary steam-generators collectors which are used in the nuclear power industry. In the paper are theoretically described the basics of diffusion. Moreover, there is described also the proposal and optimization of the diffusion bonding process parameters and optimization of the thermal treatment procedure. Experiments were carried out by means of the thermal-mechanical simulator Gleeble 3500. Welded joints were subsequently evaluated in light of mechanical properties by hardness measurement and metallography.

Abstract
The paper deals with the design of a program for calculation of belt gears. The aim of the presented paper is to create the program for check and calculation of belt gears and consequent comparison of the results of the newly created program with the existing ones. The introductory part of the paper analyses the issue of belt gears, their categorization as well as the design and calculation of the belt gears. The core of the paper focuses on the most frequently used software applied in the design and calculation of belt gears. The summary describes the design regarding the calculation of the belt gears and final comparison of calculations.

Abstract
The paper deals with the analysis of shape deviations, causes of their origin and offers their brief overview. At the same time it points out the methods and possibilities of measurement of shape deviations by means of contact and contactless techniques. The paper focuses also on errors which might influence the measurement results. The main aim of the presented paper is practical measurement of shape deviations by means of the most frequently employed measuring devices.  It provides the overview of the particular measured values and presents the view of effectiveness, simplicity and accuracy of the individual measuring methods and devices.

Abstract
Material flow optimizing is a process of finding an ideal level of material continuous movement at minimum cost, time consumption, energy, resources, employees or other criteria, such as length of transport distances, transport volume per time unit, size, capacity, capacity transport unit, transportation costs, use of loading space (volume), duration of transport and so on. The article describes the optimization of material flow in production of two types of components implemented in our partner company Regada, Ltd. Presov. Creating a computer model of current state of monitored process according to basic characteristics showed the unsuitability of this solution. The problem was solved through design and subsequent verification of several alternatives. First alternative was examined by use of technological equipment for the operation. Subsequently, production process was simplified and replacement operations paths were created. The following three alternatives simulate combination of these paths with original paths.

STRENGTH OF THE ADHESIVE JOINTS AT THE CAR-BODY PARTS FROM THE AHSS WITH AL-SI COATING

Abstract
The paper deals with the monitoring the utility properties of the Al-Si coating which is applied by means of the hot dip coating on the ultra-high strength sheet 22MnB5 (martensite steel alloyed by boron). These sheets are used at the car-body design as the safety elements (bumpers, reinforcement posts). Individual parts are jointed also by the adhesive bonding methods. Evaluation of the material surface protection layers is carried out in dependence on the time of material heating in the furnace during thermal treatment and subsequent influence of this layer on the adhesive joint strength and failure pattern. To compare adhesive joint strength is used epoxy adhesive from two producers. Results provide information about behavior of the ultra-high strength sheets adhesive joints strength properties as a criterion for suitability to apply coatings AlSi in the series production of cars.
